As a regional manager in Cutters, you have operational and profit responsibility in the region. Your overall task is to create results through others. The hairdresser is Cutters´ most important resource, and you will ensure that the salons have satisfied employees and customers. You have a continuous focus on improving operations, concept and results. Cutters currently has got 7 salons in the Helsinki, and several new openings are planned in the future. You will become the link between the head office and the salons, and report directly to the COO.

You get support and training from chain office, and will cooperate with the other regional leaders in the chain. Background as district manager, regional manager, sales manager or similar role is relevant. The most important thing is that you have solid management experience from commercial companies and can show to good results.
You enjoy working with key figures, and use this actively to analyze and optimize processes and routines. There are no requirements for hairdressing or industry background. Higher education is requierd.
